The fifth studio album from the Dutch symphonic metal band Epica is called “Requiem for the Indifferent” and was originally released in 2012. Revered by fans and critics alike, “Requiem for the Indifferent” was an album heralding the end of the era of mankind. Musically the album was another adventurous take by Epica crafting an elaborate and ambitious record where they infused choral and classical arrangements into their powerful, progressive and symphonic metal. Since then the band has released two other full length, “The Quantum Enigma” (2014) and “The Holographic Principle” (2016), both of which have opened opportunities to headline tours through North America.
